Shipping areas

Tsukimi.co ships within Lebanon and to selected international destinations. Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the destination and the products in your order.

International shipping from Japan

Selected international orders are dispatched from Japan. For the United States and Canada, checkout shipping rates are currently based on FedEx international pricing with an added safety margin to help cover packaging, payment processing, currency movement, fuel surcharges and other carrier fees.

Customs, duties and import fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees or other destination-country charges. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient. Tsukimi.co is not responsible for customs or import fees assessed by the destination country, customs authority or carrier.

Final packed size, dimensional weight and additional shipping charges

Shipping shown at checkout is based on the product weights recorded in our store and the expected shipping tier. Boxed figures, plushies and other bulky items can have a higher billable weight after packing because carriers may charge by dimensional or volumetric weight as well as actual weight.

If the final packed parcel is materially larger or heavier than the checkout estimate, we may contact you before dispatch to request an additional shipping payment for the difference. The order will be held until any required additional shipping balance is paid.

If you do not wish to pay an additional shipping balance, please contact us promptly. Before dispatch, and where reasonably possible, we may offer repacking, an alternative shipping method, removal of selected items, or cancellation/refund of the unshipped order in accordance with our store policies.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing varies by destination, courier conditions, customs processing, weekends, public holidays and product availability. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed. If an item is a preorder or special-order item, the estimated release or dispatch information shown on the product page takes priority over standard delivery timing.

Address information

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at tsukimilb@gmail.com. Re-delivery, return-to-sender or re-shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Courier delays

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delays outside our control may occur, including customs inspections, weather, holidays and carrier disruptions. We will assist where reasonably possible if there is an issue with delivery.
