Shipping fees

✦ Our shipping rate within Lebanon is 4$.

✦ Delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?

✦ This is one of our most asked questions.

✦ We are an online store based in Lebanon. Tsukimi.lb was founded as a passion project by two designers in 2021 to make Anime and Manga merch more accessible to the Lebanese audience.

✦ And while we definitely consider it a possibility to open a physical store in the future, we will first have to figure out a few things due to the nature of our job and hectic work schedule.

✦ That being said, we deeply appreciate all of your support and we will continue to do our best to provide the most efficient customer service for our dear audience!

Worldwide shipping

Will you get ___ merch?

✦ If there is a fandom or items that you would like to see in our store, feel free to contact us about it! We always take your feedback into consideration when bringing new collection drops!

Manga Pre-orders?

✦ For manga pre-orders, feel free to email us or Directly DM us on our Instagram page @Tsukimi.lb. We will get back to you within 48 hours on the availability and prices of the titles.

✦ Delivery time: 2-5 weeks depending on the titles' availability. For orders with 2 or more items, we will ship the items to you once all of the items arrive.

✦ Pre-payment fee: 50% via OMT or Whish, and the rest upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Exchanging an item: We unfortunately do not accept exchanges due to having previously received opened or damaged returns from clients. Before placing an order, feel free to contact us with any inquiries and we would gladly assist.


Refunds: We unfortunately do not offer refunds due the complicated logistics of the money transfer/receiving. In the case of a damaged item in an order, we can offer sending a replacement if available, or any other item in our store if the item you ordered is out of stock.

Damaged item: In the case of damage to the goods received, we offer an exchange to the same item if available, or to any other item in our store.

Please understand that some packages may arrive with minor damage due to delivery, and we would not be responsible in that case.
